After boat shopping for a couple years, we decided on the Weldcraft ocean king. In the process, salesman Brandon was quick to answer all our questions and ensured the buying process went smoothly. Their shop did a great job rigging the boat with our customizations and accommodating our preference for Mercury motors by changing out the power plant for a fair price. Before we picked the boat up, they made sure everything was working perfectly and configured the electronics for us.

We just purchased our 2006 C-Dory 22 Cruiser last week (middle of Winter). Thanks to our salesman Brandon Dowling!! Out of state purchase...I haven't had her out on the water yet but everything looks good. Brandon mentioned the dealership had been doing a few repairs in preparation to sell her. Upon arrival I was pleasently surprised to see substantial work they performed to the boat trailer to ensure I wouldn't have difficulties. They also serviced the engines and fixed some wiring issues. Fantastic boat dealer! I had the full experience, back in August I bought a Weldcraft Boat from Brandon. The Sale went with out a hitch and their were no funny games just strait forward and I left feeling like i got a fair price for a brand new Boat. I've been using their parts department for Service Items like Oil filters and grease for my Yamahas. The guys behind the counter really know their stuff and were Quick and efficient. I think they even have the part numbers memorized for my 115. Recently I had a little bit of misfortune, I ordered a Factory Yamaha Stainless prop and it was defective unknown to me, and actually damaged my lower unit as a result. I had to take my boat in for inspection and just to really figure out what happened and what caused it. Larry at Master Marine took care of me. This was out of the blue and he got the boat in in short notice, being a unusual failure this was not a easy fix and Yamaha has not seen this before. The team at Master was persistent and dealt with Yamaha they even bought a another prop to just do a comparison to prove that it was a part defect. Once the investigation was done it was found that it was a bad prop and Yamaha agreed to replace my lower Unit. The team at master really went out of their way and made this right. If you are serious about owning a boat, this is the dealer you want to work with. When it comes time for another boat I will buy one from Master Marine.

Brandon was amazing! Love my boat so much. He took a lot of time with me talking about different boats, options and I landed on the perfect boat for us. I had shopped "elsewhere" and received terrible service, irritation with my questions and SO much pressure to buy. I had the opposite experience with Brandon and am loving every second one the water. He was so kind and responsive with emails. My boat is so well built and the price was spot on. Brandon answered so many questions and was incredibly patient, helpful and never once pressured me to buy. I had a wonderful experience. Want a great experience, reach out to Brandon. We had been looking for over a year for just the right pontoon boat- after several big boat shows and countless dealerships, we were quite dissolutioned - I started to think we were being too picky...
